As of now, there is no way for developers to create shaders for the Bedrock versions of Minecraft (Windows 10, Xbox, PS, iOS, Android, etc). Realistico needs shaders in order to look truly beautiful. On the practical side, real talk: if your computer can run a high resolution texture pack with shaders, I’m sure you have an extra couple bucks laying around considering how much you spent on the entire system.
